The June Board Meeting with Patrick McClure was a great experience for the business owners in attendance.
Patrick helped explain how to prioritize those "critical items" each day to ensure you are working on the highest payoff activities. He shared with the attendees simple easy to follow ideas to plan your day in a way that will deliver maximum return on your time.
Our issue processing segment was devoted to one issue and that was a spirited discussion on "survival strategies" during these difficult times in the mortgage brokerage industry.
The time flew by with several of the members staying over to continue to share ideas with one another.
The next board meeting is Tuesday July 22nd at which time Tom Northrup, noted author, will be our guest speaker.
