Well at least the guy is grabbing the bull by its horns and not getting egos get in the way (unlike some other software/IT companies in the same league as Cisco)... lets hope the decisions made are the right one though!

Cisco should really work things out for their benefit. A lot of options are to be considered. Hopefully they made the right decision.
Let's just hope for the best. Whatever results to their decision, I am certain that things will not get way out of hand. They must not decide hastily.
