Ken Keller: Your sales team does not have to be bionic, just better

Here is my friend Ken Keller's weekly article.

I work directly with many Orange County CEOs and business owners. Some of them find working with their sales team to be some of their most challenging responsibilities.

Having spent 20+ years in sales and sales leadership positions, I realize that managing a sales team is a special requirement.

The reality is that every person in your company is in "a sales role" if they EVER interface with your clients.
